Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off Package

Take your return package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
